For the best in cooking and baking, use Westcott Vegetable Oil. Vegetable oil has a light flavor and is suitable for sautéing and baking.

In using this oil I rank it with Crisco .The frying comes out prefectly crispy.

I use this oil all the time in the summer months as I usually fry Okra and Squash. It is just as good and much cheaper than the leading brands.
