Ingredients

  • 1 Sugardale Semi-boneless Ham
  • 10 Oz. Jar Apple Jelly
  • 1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Tsp. Apple Pie Spice

Directions

1. Heat oven to 325°.
2. Lightly score surface of ham, cover with aluminum foil and place in oven and bake 10-15 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 130°.
3. Combine jelly, lemon juice and apple pie spice in small saucepan. Heat, stirring until jelly melts and glaze is smooth.
4. Uncover ham and spoon glaze over ham during the last 30 minutes of heating time.

sounds really good. never thought of putting apples on ham. always use pineapples.
