Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

Directions

Melt cream cheese in sauce pan on high. Mix in hot sauce. Add blue cheese and ranch, wisk into smooth mixture & mix in cheese. Boil chicken breasts until cooked (approx. 15 minutes), shred into small pieces with fork. Stir shredded chicken into cheese mixture. Pour into pan cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees covered for 20 minutes. Remove foil cover and bake another 20 minutes uncovered.

Notes

Ever since high school, I've been making buffalo chicken dip for school functions. Everyone who has ever tasted it says I make the best they ever had. It's easy to make and rather cheap thanks to Save-A-Lot. Everytime my friends/family get together they ask me to make it before anything else. And it's gone in less than 10 minutes.

super good

Great recipe...a change from the usual onion dip I have. I tweaked the recipe using 4 - 6 oz cans of cooked chicken (you know, like tuna in a can, only chicken)...came out great and lasted a week in the fridge (the recipe is too much just for 1 guy...invite some friends over, they'll love it)!

My family loves this recipe. It's simply and easy. Makes a great snack.

I absolutely love this dip!! Every time I bring it to a party (w/ cut up french bread for dipping) people are always asking for the recipe. It's so yummy and filling and no one can believe how easy it is!!

This recipe was wonderful. My husband doesn't like spicy, but this was just right! He loved it! I would recommend this recipe to anyone.
