In a 3 or 4 qt saucepan or pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add broccoli and onion alittle at a time and cook over med heat until broccoli is cooked through. combine nonfat dry milk and water. Stir into pot and add cheese Stir until cheese is melted. Add basil, garlic, cayenne and black pepper. Using a blender, puree in small batches until soup is smooth. Add salt to taste. Reheat over low heat if necessary and serve with fat free or low sodium crackers.

This sounds like a good recipe and I can't wait to try it. Here's the problem though. Save a lot has it listed as a "vegetarian" recipe. This is not a vegetarian recipe. There is chicken broth in it. Which means not vegetarian. Come on save a lot get it together.
