Ingredients

• 1/2 Cup Marcum® Seasoned Bread Crumbs
• 8 Oz Mantia's™ Elbow Macaroni
• 1 Jar Mantia's™ Pasta Sauce Traditional
• 2 Cups Coburn Farms® Sharp Cheddar Cheese
• 2 Tbsp Home Churned® Margarine Quarters

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 Cook macaroni and drain well layer macaroni, with sauce and cheese alternating in 1/2 qt casserole, ending with liberal layer of cheese Toss bread crumbs with butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and surface is lightly browned.

Notes

When my youngsters were in elementary school, I felt this was a quick meal to get on the table for those hungry mouths. Good to serve with a salad and a cooked vegetable.
